SoloStep Income Assurance Program – Terms & Conditions

The SoloStep Assured 25 – ₹25K Success Program, offered on this platform as SoloStep Growth, and the SoloStep Assured 100 – ₹1L Success Program, offered as SoloStep Assured, are premium entrepreneurship programs designed to help learners build a real hosting business.

The Income Assurance is available only to learners who successfully meet all requirements below.

Enrollment requires explicit acceptance of this version. Your accepted version, timestamp, course, order, IP address and browser information are retained as an agreement record.

1. Course Completion

The learner must complete the entire training program, including all live classes, practical labs, assignments, assessments, business implementation activities, and the final capstone project.

2. Mandatory Participation

The learner must actively participate throughout the program and complete every task, assignment, marketing activity, implementation milestone, and business objective assigned by the mentor within the prescribed timeline.

3. No Withdrawal or Refund During Training

Once enrolled, the learner cannot discontinue the program midway or request a refund before the training is completed. Failure to attend classes, complete assignments, or voluntarily leave the program will automatically terminate eligibility for the Income Assurance.

4. Official Training Website

Each learner will be provided with a business website as part of the training program. This website will be used for practical implementation, client acquisition, business development, and performance evaluation throughout the course.

5. Payment Gateway & Revenue During Training

During the training period, the assigned business website shall operate exclusively using Acharya Consulting Services & Sales' official payment gateways. All customer payments, subscription fees, renewals, and any other revenue generated through the website during the training period shall be received, processed, and retained by Acharya Consulting Services & Sales.

The learner expressly acknowledges and agrees that all revenue generated during the training period belongs solely to Acharya Consulting Services & Sales and shall not be payable or transferable to the learner. This arrangement is an essential part of the live business training model, allowing Acharya to monitor business performance, verify income generation, evaluate learner implementation, and administer the Income Assurance Program fairly.

6. Website Ownership After Graduation

Upon successful completion of the training program, the learner will receive complete ownership of the assigned business website, including administrative access, source code, business assets, configurations, and related resources. After handover, the learner may integrate any payment gateway of their choice and shall retain 100% of all future revenue generated by the business.

7. Income Assurance Eligibility

The learner shall become eligible for the Income Assurance only after successfully completing the entire program and complying with every requirement specified in these Terms & Conditions.

8. Income Assurance & Refund Policy

If, after the successful completion of the training program, the assigned website has not achieved the assured monthly income applicable to the enrolled program, and the learner has fully complied with all course requirements, Acharya Consulting Services & Sales shall provide a 100% refund of the course fee.

The Income Assurance applies only to the official business website created and managed under the SoloStep program.

9. Verification Process

Before approving any refund request, Acharya Consulting Services & Sales reserves the right to verify attendance records, completed assignments, implementation reports, website performance, payment records, marketing activities, communication history, and compliance with all program requirements.

10. Disqualification

A learner shall become ineligible for the Income Assurance if they:

  • Fail to complete any mandatory assignment or business task.
  • Miss compulsory classes or practical sessions without approval.
  • Withdraw from the course before completion.
  • Use unauthorized payment gateways during the training period.
  • Modify or interfere with the assigned website without authorization.
  • Provide false information or manipulate business or payment records.
  • Violate any course policies or code of conduct.

11. Final Decision

All decisions regarding eligibility, verification, website performance, compliance with these Terms & Conditions, and approval of any refund claim shall be made solely by Acharya Consulting Services & Sales, and such decisions shall be final and binding, subject always to applicable law and any non-waivable statutory rights.

12. Applicable Law & Statutory Rights

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes, restricts, or overrides any right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable law. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.
